We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety concerns, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return shipping details.

  3. Ship the Product: Securely pack the item and send it to the provided return address.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, we may reject the return and send it back at your expense.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Order details and a brief description of the issue We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you purchased our products via Amazon, eBay, or Walmart, their respective return policies will apply. Please refer to their guidelines and initiate the return directly through their platform.
